Timeline for Seniors:

• October 29, 2025: senior meeting with Jostens and the senior pan picture begin at 8:30am in the Auditorium. The cost of the pan pic is $27.00 + tax. A text is sent, you will receive a notification that you have opted into the gallery (available to view when the photo is ready). When the image is ready, David Bank Studios will send a text for you to place an order.
• April 24, 2026: senior meeting, auditorium, 8:35am (mandatory).
• April 24, 2026: online ordering for graduation cap and gown and honor stole opens for payment. Parents cannot pay the graduation fee until the school district opens the portal for payment on April 24, 2026.
• The graduation fee is $30.00, which covers all graduation expenses and includes cap and gown. Cap and gown costs are covered in the graduation fee. Do NOT pay Jostens for the cap and gown. 
• The honor stole fee is $25.00, is not refundable, and payable online only. Those students who have a 3.5 or higher GPA will have the option to purchase an honor stole. Students will be notified by U.S. Mail or email, or both. The honor stole fee payment portal will be LIVE on April 24, following the senior meeting.
• If a senior student does not receive a letter, he/she does not qualify for an honor stole.
• Please pay the graduation fee and the honor stole fee at https://lobby.wordwareinc.com on or following the April 24 senior meeting. The link will be live on April 24, 2026.
• June 2, 2026: senior last academic day.
• June 2, 2026: senior All Night Party, June 2, 2026, 10pm-4am at the Burrows in Oakdale, MN.
• June 3, 2026, 9am-3pm: seniors will turn in Chromebooks, pay outstanding fines or fees, prior to picking up cap and gown in the Activity Center, court one. Please bring a receipt showing payment of the graduation fee (viewable on your phone), or bring a hard copy of the receipt with you to the cap and gown distribution.Cap and gown are provided as part of graduation and are kept by the student. 
• June 4, 2026, 9:45-11:30am: graduation rehearsal (mandatory) in the gymnasium.
• June 4, 2026, 11:30am-12:30pm: senior picnic in the stadium (following the rehearsal)
• June 5, 2026, Graduation

The due date to submit senior pictures for the yearbook is December 20. Use the link below to submit your photo. You can also check the status of your photo by accessing our list of submitted pictures.

The cost of the senior pan print is $27 + tax. David Bank studios also offer free shipping for anyone who places an order within the first week that the gallery is published. It is extremely helpful if students/parents have opted-in to the gallery ahead of time.  You will then receive a text as soon as the image is ready so you have the option to purchase the print with free shipping! The date of the panoramic photo is October 29, 2025 following the senior meeting at 8:30am. BE THERE!!!

When you are a graduate of Park High School, graduated seniors will no longer have access to their school provided Google Apps account. Make sure you download/copy the files you want to keep onto another device not owned by the District. After August (every year) there will be no means of retrieving the files. Follow the steps below:

1. Using the device you want to download them to, log onto your Google Drive.
2. Click on the file you want to save and download. (To download multiple files, press Shift or Control ("Command" on a Mac) while clicking other files.)
3. Right-click and select Download.

Note: Dragging a file from Google Drive to your desktop will NOT download it. Be sure to follow the steps above. 

Parents must review their senior's meal account balance to determine what to do with any funds that remain in their student's account after graduation. Be sure to remove any automatic payments made to your student's account. More information can be found here.

• Announcements: Students have the option to order graduation announcements through Jostens. These announcements feature our school crest on custom paper. It will also include specific information regarding the date, time and place of your ceremony. Ordering announcements is not required.

• Park Seniors; Class of 2026

• Class Rings & Tags: Proudly display your graduation in timeless fashion with Jostens class rings. Seniors have the opportunity to purchase a customized, commemorative class ring or tag from Jostens.
• Apparel: Show your senior pride with quality senior apparel designed to match your style. Product availability varies by school.
• Photo Cards: Photo cards are used to add personality to announce your graduation. Photo cards add a personal touch to your announcement package.
• The senior cap and gown is NOT purchased through Jostens.
• Jostens collects height and weight for fitting purposes only.
• The district pay site will be active following the senior meeting on April 24, 2026 to pay the graduation fee (which includes the cap and gown).

Seniors:
Senior Student Meetings will take place in the Park High School auditorium on October 29, 2025, in the auditorium and gymnasium (senior pan photo).
The informational senior meeting (everything you need to know about graduation) is held April 24, 2026. If you have questions, please check in the main office.

• Graduation fee: the $30.00 fee is paid to District #833 via https://lobby.wordwareinc.com .
  The link will LIVE following the April 24, 2026, senior meeting. The graduation fee covers the cost of cap and gown.
• Honor stoles: payable online only and the payment is not refundable. Payment for the honor stole is paid via https://lobby.wordwareinc.com  and is available following the April 24, 2026 senior meeting. Honor stole cost is $25.00. Students eligible to receive an honor stole are notified by U. S. mail or email in April or early May. The senior honor stole is the property of the student and is not refundable.

• Cap and gown distribution: Tuesday, June 3, 2026, in the Activity Center, court one. Seniors will turn in Chromebooks, pay any outstanding fines or fees prior to receiving their cap and gown. Please bring a receipt showing payment of the graduation fee (viewable on your phone), or bring a hard copy of the receipt with you to the cap and gown distribution.
• Envelopes: your senior envelope is of utmost importance. Do not leave the cap and gown distribution without your envelope. Inside you will find:
  • Letters from senators/representatives
  • Coupons from local businesses
  • 10 Commencement tickets for guests of the graduate
  • YOUR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, with protective cover

Thursday, June 4, is the mandatory Graduation practice located in the Main Gym.

Topics to be covered in the rehearsal include:

1. Time to arrive at commencement for line-up.
2. Buses to TCO Performance Center, Eagan, MN.
3. Name cards.
4. Protocols for marching onto the graduation area at the TCO Performance Center, when to stand and when to sit.
5. Procedure for walking on stage to receive your diploma cover.
6. Graduation photographer.
7. Tassels and tossing caps.
8. Recessional from the arena.
9. The graduation rehearsal will be held in the PHS gymnasium at 9:45am on Thursday, June 4. Please be on time.
10. The senior picnic will follow the rehearsal in the PHS stadium.
