Incoming 9th-12th grade students should plan to bring their schedule to school for Wolfpack Welcome, Thursday, August 27th between the hours of 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. Students will be able to check out chromebooks from the media center, get their pictures taken, find their locker, tour the new rooms in the building, and reconnect with staff at PHS. September 9, 2026 - First day of school for 10th-12th grade students

This is the official first day of school for incoming 10th-12th grade students district-wide. School will start at 8:30 AM. Students will follow their regular schedule.

This is the second official day of school for incoming 9th grade students district-wide and students will also begin at 8:30 AM and follow their regular six period schedule. 

Parking Permit Information

Driving a vehicle to school is considered a privilege, not a right. All persons and vehicles on Park High School parking lots must adhere to the policies described in the District 833 Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook.

Park High School expects students who drive to school to:

• Purchase a parking permit annually
• Display their PHS parking permit on the vehicle's rear view mirror
• Know the PHS parking rules
• Adhere to all PHS parking rules
• Accept the consequences for violations of the parking rules
• Parking on campus without a valid permit may result in a ticket, fine, or a boot.
• Parking in only allowed in the East lot/main student parking lot.

Park High School reserves the right to:

• Search a vehicle
• Tow away or boot a vehicle
• Suspend student parking privileges
• Revoke student parking privileges
• Modify parking rules at any time

Permit Purchase Link

• If this is the first time you are visiting the EduTrack select “Click here to begin your setup process”. This will allow you to create your own User Account, add payment methods etc.
• Returning Users: type in your Username and password.
• Parking space at PHS is limited, therefore students will receive permits on a first come, first served basis.
• Please bring your valid driver’s license when picking up your permit. Students with a learner's permit may not purchase a parking pass.

Parking Permits may be purchased on the following dates per grade level:
Parking Permit sales for Seniors: August 24-25, 2026.
Parking Permit sales for Juniors:  August 26-27, 2026.
Parking for Sophomores, August 28, 2026.

Cost: 

• $200 for the year
• $135 Trimester 2 (if permits are available)
• $67 Trimester 3 (if permits are available)

Demand for parking permits exceeds our supply of parking spaces. 
To meet as many requests as possible for Park families, only one parking permit per household/siblings. 

Daily Parking:
Daily parking is available on a very limited basis with a maximum of 30 spaces. Cost of daily parking is $3.00/per day.
Students must sign in every morning with Mrs. Tennis in the main office. 

Students that have purchased permits online may
pick up the physical permit beginning August 27th.

Parking enforcement begins on Monday, September 14th.

PHS does not maintain a list of supplies for students. Since each student has their own unique schedule when they get to the high school it is difficult to create one master supply list that would work for everyone. 

We ask that each student have: 

• Notebooks or binders with loose leaf paper/dividers
• Pens and Papers
• EAR BUDS/HEADPHONES on the first day of school
• Some teachers may have their supply lists posted on Schoology.

PHS is an AVID school and our hope is that all 9th grade students come to school prepared with an AVID binder. The list below includes all materials needed to properly build your binder and additional items that may help you to be successfully organized.  SUGGESTED GRADE 9 SUPPLY LIST.

ACE Time provides an embedded amount of Academic time for teachers and students to Connect and Engage on a daily basis. ACE time is 30 minutes daily with a 5 minute passing time.

ACE Time Student Expectations:

ACE is Teacher Directed - your current class has 1st priority. If the teacher hasn't directed you to work on something specific, plan to...

• work on missing assignments
• work on homework
• seek clarification from a teacher or current or missing work
• study
• read

ACE Time is used for Academics, bring the materials you need and expect to work on academics for the class period you are in. Students requested by another teacher, must have an ACE pass in the ACE system.
