Naviance - Transcripts

Must be submitted by noon on Tuesday, June 9th
1) Log into Naviance Account  Naviance 
(Username: Student ID Password: School computer password)

2) Click on "About Me" 
3) Click on "My Surveys"
4) Click on "Surveys Not Started"
5) Complete the Senior Survey.  In the survey, you will request the one destination for your Final Transcript.

PSEO/Scholarship: Please email Janet Roskowinksi ( with PSEO Transcript or Scholarship Transcript in the heading.  Please provide the email address where you would like to have your transcript sent.

Naviance is a personalized online college and career resource available to PHS students.

Directions for Requesting Transcripts Through Naviance

*You must pay the transcript fee on FeePay before transcripts will be sent to your college. You will find it under "Fees and Passes" "PHS Transcripts/Naviance 2019-20".

*Please be advised that ACT scores will not be included on your transcript even if you select that option when requesting your transcript. You must request it directly through

*If you are requesting a transcript for a Common Application school, you MUST see your counselor first!!

Directions for requesting your Park High School transcript are as follows:

Log into your Naviance account.

Click on "Colleges I am Applying To"

Click on the PINK plus sign on the right hand side of the screen to add a college.

Search for the college in the first field titled "Which college are you applying to".

Choose the "App Type"

Select how you will submit your application; choose either Common App or Direct to the Institution. DO NOT SELECT I'M NOT SURE YET. (This is an important step)

Click the box indicating whether you have already submitted your application.

Make sure everything is correct and click the Blue "ADD AND REQUEST TRANSCRIPT" button.

Indicate what type of transcript you are requesting. If it is your first transcript for that school, please choose Initial.

Click "Request and Finish"

Continue to add all of your colleges by following these same directions.

ONLY REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT ONCE FOR EACH COLLEGE. If you have questions about whether or not it was sent, please see Ms. Roskowinski in the Counseling Office.

Transcripts for Graduated Seniors

For graduated seniors, one final transcript was sent late June to the school indicated on the Senior Survey in Naviance. If you did not indicate a school on the survey or are in need of another official transcript you must go through or obtain a paper copy from the District Service Center.

For the class of 2020, transcript processing will resume when the 2019-2020 school year begins.

Students can pay a onetime fee of $15.00 for unlimited transcripts through Naviance. Students will need to log into their FeePay account to pay for their transcripts.
