Timeline for Seniors 2024:

• November 10, 2024: Senior Meeting, Auditorium/Pan Picture, Gymnasium 8:35am
• Senior Pan Picture:  Cost is $25.00 A text is sent, you will receive a notification that you have opted into the gallery (available to view when the photo is ready). When the image is ready, David Banks Studios will send another text for placing an order.
• April 17, 2024, Senior Meeting, Auditorium 8:35am (mandatory)
• April 17, 2024: Window opens to pay the graduation fee online.
• June 3, 2024: Senior Last Academic Day
• June 4, 2024: 9am-3pm Seniors pick up cap and gown/must pay outstanding fines/fees.
• June 5, 2024: 9:45-11:30am Graduation rehearsal (mandatory).
• June 5, 2024: 11:30am-12:30pm Senior picnic in the stadium
• June 9, 2024 Graduation, Aldrich Arena at 10am; seniors report at 9am.
• June 12, 2024 Last day to return honor stole.

• Spectators who require handicap accessible seating need to make their request by May 13, 2024 on a sign-up sheet in the main office. 

• Spectators who require sign language interpretation need to make their request by May 13, 2024 on a sign-up sheet in the main office.

• Graduation location, Aldrich Arena, 1850 White Bear Ave, Maplewood, MN 55109

• Cap and gown distribution will be held from 9:00am-3pm on June 4, 2024 in the Lecture Hall and Multipurpose Room. Seniors will also turn in Chromebooks and pay any outstanding fines or fees prior to receiving their cap and gown.

•   2024 PHS GRADUATION FEES 

• Graduation location is Aldrich Arena, 1850 White Bear Ave, Maplewood, MN 55109
• Graduation date and time: June 9, 2024 at 10:00AM (students arrive at 9am)
• Tickets per student: Seven
• Payment for honor stoles may be paid prior to rehearsal and the Chromebook return and distribution. Payments taken in the main office between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm beginning April 17, 2024. The cost of an honor stole is $25.00. Students eligible to receive an honor stole are notified by U. S. mail and Blackboard Connects. The senior honor stole is the property of the student or the stole is eligible for a refund/no later than June 12, 2024 in the Main Office between 7:30am and 3pm.

COMMENCEMENT PRACTICE is in the GYMNASIUM ON wEDNESDAY, jUNE 5, 2024, BEGINNING AT 9:45AM.
Topics to be covered in the rehearsal include:

• Time to arrive at commencement for line-up.
• Name cards
• Protocols for marching onto the graduation area (place TBD), when to stand and when to sit.
• Procedure for walking on stage to receive your diploma cover.
• Commencement photographer
• Tassels and tossing caps
• Diploma distribution procedure
• The graduation rehearsal will be held in the gymnasium beginning at 9:45am - please be on time.
• The senior picnic will follow the rehearsal.

• Announcements: Students have the option to order graduation announcements through Jostens. These announcements feature our school crest on custom paper. It will also include specific information regarding the date, time and place of your ceremony. Ordering announcements is not required.

• Park Seniors; Class of 2024!
  Park Custom Announcements are no longer available to order from Jostens.

• Class Rings & Tags: Proudly display your graduation in timeless fashion with Jostens class rings. Seniors have the opportunity to purchase a customized, commemorative class ring or tag from Jostens.
• Apparel: Show your senior pride with quality senior apparel designed to match your style. Product availability varies by school.
• Photo Cards: Photo cards are used to add personality to announce your graduation. Photo cards add a personal touch to your announcement package.

Class of 2024 – Senior All Night Party

Registration for 2024 Senior All Night Party is now Open. The cost is $100.
The event will be hosted at The Burrow in Oakdale on June 9th 2024.

• If Paying Cash or Check - Fill out the registration form and drop it off in the office.
• If Paying Venmo - You must include the following in the notes:
• Student’s full name, parent’s name, email, mailing address, phone # and bus option.
• On Venmo please pay as Friends and Family
• Registration 2024

When you are a graduate of Park High School, graduated seniors will no longer have access to their school provided Google Apps account. Make sure you download/copy the files you want to keep onto another device not owned by the District. After August (every year) there will be no means of retrieving the files. Follow the steps below:

1. Using the device you want to download them to, log onto your Google Drive.
2. Click on the file you want to save and download. (To download multiple files, press Shift or Control ("Command" on a Mac) while clicking other files.)
3. Right-click and select Download.

Note: Dragging a file from Google Drive to your desktop will NOT download it. Be sure to follow the steps above. 

Parents must review their senior's meal account balance to determine what to do with any funds that remain in their student's account after graduation. Be sure to remove any automatic payments made to your student's account. More information can be found here.

Senior Student Meetings will take place in the Park High School auditorium on November 10, 2023 (senior pan photo) and April 17, 2024. If you have questions, please check in the main office.

Class of 2024: Yearbook Senior Pictures and Baby Ads

SENIOR PHOTOS: LAST CHANCE SUBMISSION BY WEDNESDAY JANUARY 3, 2024.
Any senior without a photo, the staff you use the school picture on file. NO Exceptions

The photos MUST meet the following criteria:

• Vertical head and shoulder photos only (no profile photos)
• No full body photos
• Please keep the photo background simple
• Photo must use portrait alignment-not horizontal
• Color photos only with no black and white or color alterations
• Any props used MUST be approved by the yearbook advisor before you submit

• Photo size requirements for yearbook submission:
  Minimum requirement 3 inches by 2.25 inches aspect ratio (300 dpi min)
  Larger photos may be used, but the yearbook staff has the right to crop larger photos
  No Snapchat filters

• We do NOT encourage taking prints from your photographer and then scanning them. The quality is usually poor. Ask your photographer to submit the electronic image directly. Photo size requirements for yearbook submission

• SENIOR PHOTOS – DUE DATE: JAN. 3, 2023
  SUBMISSIONS TO DATE: Beginning in late November, we will post a spread sheet with submissions and then update that information up to the due date.
  These specifications are in place to maintain uniformity throughout the section but allow each student to choose their own photographer. For any senior who does not submit a photo, the school picture on file will be used. If there is no picture on file, then no picture will be included in the yearbook.

  BABY/SENIOR RECOGNITION ADS - DUE DATE: JANUARY 19, 2024

  Recognitions Ads will be available for parents, family members or friends to purchase for the graduating class of 2023. The Ads are purchased directly from Jostens and will be placed in the yearbook.
