Scheduling Guidelines

The Hybrid school model does not allow us to honor non-essential schedule change requests made due to the complexity of the schedule. We try our best to meet all students' needs. Any essential schedule change requests for trimester 3 must be submitted online via the Schedule Change Request Form by Friday, February 19th at 3:10pm for the 2020-2021 school year.

It is the student's responsibility to monitor their schedule on their Student Portal. All appropriate requests will have been reviewed but you will not a receive a confirmation message.

Essential schedule change request for trimester 3.1 & 3.2 that may be considered include:
  • Prerequisite for the course was not met
  • There is an empty period in the schedule
  • Course has already been taken
  • Want to challenge yourself (move from a regular course to honors, IB, AP)
 Trimester 3 schedule changes are no longer being accepted.

You must be logged into Google Apps account to access Google Form; password is your existing password.
